It is possible to have a different PDF template for each interface language. For example: a PDF template with the logo and tagline of the company in French, and another in English.

To do so:

  1. Create a template per language.
  2. Name templates using the language ISO code followed by the .vm extension.

For example, add en-US for American English or fr-FR for French from France:

    template.fr-FR.vm
    template.en-US.vm

  3. Create an archive containing all templates.

  4. Open the Print templates administration interface.
  5. Upload the archive.

If the user selects an interface language for which there is no template, the template used is the default one: pdf-template.vm.
