It is possible to run ftpub on a machine running Windows as follows:

1. Select the Attachments button, and download the file ending in windows-amd64.exe.
2. Rename the file to ftpub.exe.
3. Create an ftpub folder at C:\Program Files, and move ftpub.exe inside.

4. Add C:\Program Files\ftpub to the system's PATH environment variable.

5. Open a new terminal window.

6. Run the following command to display the help tool:

   ftpub --help
   

ftpub's help appears in the terminal. It is now possible to use the ftpub command.
