In the Upload section, users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can upload previously downloaded pages, templates, assets, and themes.

.zipfile in the drop area, or select Drop file to upload, or browse to select a local file.After selecting the archive to upload, a popup window with the following checkboxes appears on the page:

Update and apply Theme studio changes
This check box is always greyed out. Its role is to inform users. If there have been changes in the Theme studio, uploading a
.zipbackup erases these changes. It is necessary to first select Apply in the Theme studio to not lose changes. -
Add new elements
This check box is always greyed out. Its role is to inform users.

Publish pages automatically
If the Publish pages automatically check box is not active, pages are imported as "saved". End-users do not have access to them. An
ADMINorPORTAL_ADMINuser must select Save and publish in the designer to make it visible to everyone. -
Overwrite existing pages
By selecting the Overwrite existing pages check box, a list of the types of pages and templates to overwrite appears. If this check box is not active, only pages and templates which exist on the source portal, and not on the target portal, are uploaded.

The Upload popup window closes and Fluid Topics process the upload. When the upload is complete, the Upload/Download menu reloads.
Select Show report next to the last upload date and time to see the changes applied by the latest upload.
Users with the PORTAL_ADMIN role can only upload content if an ADMIN disables the Custom components toggle in the Security tab of the Administration menu.
On portals with mandatory authentication, assets can be available to everyone, or authenticated users only. When downloading assets from a portal without authentication, and uploading them to a portal with required authentication, assets are available to authenticated users only.
