After saving an Announcement template in the Search results designer, the template becomes available for use in the Announcements (search results) component.
The steps to apply templates to an Announcements (search results) component are as follows:
- Open a designer.
- Add an Announcements (search results) component.
- Select the cogwheel icon to display configuration options for the Announcements (search results) component.
- Select the Announcement template and select Save.
