To create an org, use one of the following methods:

Create an org automatically via SSO, by mapping an SSO user attribute to orgs in Fluid Topics.
This is the recommended method for SSO realms. It requires that users already belong to groups in the SSO identity provider.

Create an org automatically via JavaScript mapping, by writing JavaScript code that associates user characteristics (such as their email address) to orgs in Fluid Topics.
This is the recommended method for internal realms, or for SSO identity providers without user groups, or to create complex org assignment rules.
The org is created when the first user belonging to the org logs into Fluid Topics.
- Each user should belong to only one org. Multiple users can belong to the same org, but a single user should not belong to multiple orgs. Get in touch with a Fluid Topics representative for more information.
- It is not possible to create an org manually from the Orgs menu.
- The maximum number of orgs is 10,000.
