In the Manage users administration interface, a table of users provides the following information for each user's account:
- User information (name, email, user ID)
- Date of creation
- Date of last activity (login or API call)
- Realm
- Groups
- Roles
- Tags
- The type and number of personal assets the user has created
It is possible to sort users based on their rights origins:
| Origin | Description |
|---|---|
| Authentication provider | Retrieves users that have at least one role, group, or tag originating from an authentication provider. Users with no authentication provider origin are filtered out. |
| Manually added | Retrieves users that have at least one manually added role, group, or tag. Users with no manually-added origin are filtered out. |
| Organization | Retrieves users that have at least one role, group, or tag originating from an org. Users with no org origin are filtered out. |
Selecting the pencil icon for one of the users in the table opens a window with information about the user's search preferences.
