Create a tag - Fluid Topics - Latest

To create a new tag, follow the procedure below:

1. Open a user's Actions menu.
2. Select Edit user.
3. In the Manual tags section, enter the name of the tag to create in the Tag this user with menu.
4. Press Enter.
5. Select Save.
