Along with the message prompting end users to accept the legal terms, it is possible to provide a URL to an external website where the Legal Terms and Conditions are available for consultation as follows:

  1. In the Links field, select the Insert/Edit link button:

  2. The Insert/Edit link window appears:

    A dialog box titled 'Insert/Edit Link'. The fields displayed are 'URL' with the content 'https://example.com', 'Text to display' with 'Read our legal terms', 'Title' with 'Our legal terms', and a drop-down menu with 'Open link in...' set to 'New window'. At the bottom, there are two buttons: 'Cancel' and 'Save'.

  3. Enter the information for the link:

    Field Description
    URL Expects the URL to access the legal terms.
    Text to display Expects the text for the link as shown to users.
    Title Expects the text to display when hovering over the link.
    Open link in... Expects Current window to open the link in the same tab, or New window to open the link in a new tab.

  4. Select Save to insert the link.
