It is possible to upload a custom print template as follows:
- Download the current template (it may be the default one or a previously modified template), or create a new Velocity file.
-
Design the template.
Built-in variables are available to include the content of the document, or the name of the user who has printed the document, for example.
-
In the appropriate section of the Templates administration interface, select Upload new template.
- Select the archive containing the Velocity files for all of the tenant's interface languages and all related image files.
- Select the Save button.
- All files must be at the root level of the archive.
- Custom print templates do not receive updates from Fluid Topics. Updates can include new variables, and style changes. Download the default template, and compare it to a custom template to look for possible updates.
It is possible to use the Paged.js JavaScript library in print templates.
