Jobs in the Queue belong to one of the following categories:
-
Jobs that add, modify, or delete content.
These jobs have the following names: Publication or Deletion for documents, and Attachments for attachments.
-
Jobs that reprocess content.
An administrator launches these jobs by using the Enrich and Clean feature, when configuring metadata, modifying content access rights, or using the Reprocess content web service.
-

Semantic search indexation enables AI features, such as the Chatbot.
Each ongoing job in the Queue has a card with the following information:
- The name of the archive or attachment (for publications, deletions, etc.), or the kind of job currently running (for reprocesses, semantic search indexations, etc.).
- The date and time the job began.
- The status of the job (Waiting or Running).
- If the status of the job is Running, the amount of time the job has spent in the queue so far.
Selecting a card in the Queue opens a full report with real-time information about the ongoing job. Users can see all documents in the job under Publications. Users can filter publications by the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Done | The processing succeeded, and it found no error in the content. |
| Failed | The processing found an error in the content which prevented the publication of the document. |
| Warning | The processing found an error in the content which did not prevent the publication of the document. |
| Waiting | The processing of the archive is pending. |
| Stopped | An ADMIN, KHUB_ADMIN, or CONTENT_PUBLISHER stopped the processing. |
The time displayed in the job queue and reporting uses the user's local time zone. The jobs' date and time saved by the server are based on UTC.
