ADMIN and KHUB_ADMIN users can schedule reprocesses as follows:
- In the Publishing administration interface, select Schedule a reprocess.

Select a reprocess date and hour.
It is only possible to schedule one reprocess per hour, on the hour. The scheduled time adjusts to the user's local time zone.

Select Schedule.
On the set time and date, Fluid Topics reprocesses the content. Reprocessing applies filters that enrich content, apply access rules, apply pretty URL rules, manage assets, and build the search index database.
Reprocessing blocks publishing. The larger the corpus of a portal, the longer it takes to reprocess. To avoid disrupting users, schedule reprocessing to run at night so publishing remains possible during work hours.
The maximum number of scheduled reprocesses is five.
Scheduled reprocess do not apply new enhanced access rules. To apply enhanced access rules which have not been applied yet, select Apply and reprocess in the Access rules menu.
