As documentation evolves, it may be necessary to delete a document that was previously published to the Knowledge Hub.
Authorized administrators can delete a document as follows:

In a classic Reader page:
- Open the document.
- Select the Document shortcut menu to expand the Title bar.
- Check the document's metadata in the Metadata journal, and make sure that it is the one to be deleted.

Select the Delete document button.
A confirmation window appears.

Select Delete in the confirmation window to confirm.

In a designed Reader page:
- Open the document.

Select the Admin tools component.
If it is not available, add it using the Design menus.

Check the document's metadata in the Metadata journal tab, and make sure that it is the one to be deleted.
- Select the Actions tab.

Select Delete document.
A confirmation window appears.

Select Delete in the confirmation window to confirm.
Authorized administrators can track the Deletion job in the Knowledge Hub administration interface.
Once a document is deleted from the portal, there is no way to undo the deletion.
