Activate enhanced access rules - Fluid Topics - Latest

To get access to enhanced Access rules, go to the Access rules tab in the Knowledge Hub section of the Administration menu. Then select Explore new version.

Once in the enhanced Access rules menu, proceed as follows:

1. Create new Access rules to replace the previous rules.

   Replace all previous Access rules with new ones before activating the enhanced Access rules. Once enhanced Access rules are active, Fluid Topics deletes all the previous rules.

   It is possible to add Access rules, leave the screen, and add more later.

2. Select Apply and reprocess or Activate new set.

   A warning message indicating that this new set of rules will replace the previous one appears.

3. Select Activate and reprocess.
