Selecting Open details in the Chatbot traces menu lets ADMIN and BEHAVIOR_DATA_USER users rate a conversation with the Chatbot.
To rate a conversation, proceed as follows:
- Select Rate this chat.
- Select Yes or No and enter a feedback message.
- Select Save.
Once the rating saved, it appears in the Admin rating section of the Chatbot traces menu. Select Open details to see the feedback messages and when it was sent during the conversation.
Only the last rating and feedback message in the conversation are taken into account.
