With the development of AI features in Fluid Topics, all "generative AI" analytics events are renamed "AI" starting with the release of Fluid Topics version 5.2.

Below is a list of all renamed events:

  • gen_ai.completed_query becomes ai.completed_query.
  • gen_ai.rate becomes ai.rate.
  • genai_case_deflection.start becomes ai_case_deflection.start.
  • genai_case_deflection.open becomes ai_case_deflection.open.
