The Sessions page of the Analytics dashboard displays the number of analytics sessions opened each day, week, or month.
An Analytics session is a cluster of events carried out by a single user. A session stops after 30 minutes of inactivity, or when a user logs out. Analytics sessions have no minimum duration.
Fluid Topics records a session when it contains at least one of the following Analytics events:
document.searchdocument.start_displaykhub.searchsearch_page.selecttopic.start_displaypage.display(at least two occurrences required)
API calls do not count towards sessions.
- Holding the pointer over a bar in the chart displays the exact number of sessions opened during the corresponding period.
