Selecting a session opens a drawer detailing the session journey.

The Session journey drawer displays the following information:

  • The date, time (UTC) and active duration of an analytics session.
  • The following session metrics:
    • The number of search queries during a session (includes searches with no result).
    • The number of search queries with no result during a session.
    • The number of searches in document during a session (includes searches in document with no result).
    • The number of searches in document with no result during a session.
    • The number of document views during a session.
    • The number of topic views during a session.
  • The user ID. Users with the ADMIN or USERS_ADMIN role can select the arrow to expand the user ID section to access the following data: - The user's full name. - The user's email address. - The user's roles. - The users access groups.
  • The session timeline.
  • Fluid Topics uses debouncing to accurately detect when a user starts reading a topic.
  • Search queries detected as suspicious (potential code injection) by Fluid Topics trigger events but are not listed. It is not possible to deactivate this filtering.
