Selecting the Download as XLSX icon located in the upper right corner of any of the Analytics pages generates an XLSX file named name_of_analytics-YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.xlsx with data for the selected period.
- The period of the export file is based on the selected date range.
- When downloading a document's heatmap, topics are listed in the order in which they appear in the document's table of contents.
- There is no Export data button for the Document engagement page.
- The downloaded file displays up to 100,000 lines. Data exceeding this limitation does not appear in the file.
- It is not possible to select custom dates for the export file.
