In all documents about gazelles, the following values are set for the keyword metadata key:
| Document | keyword value 1 |
keyword value 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Gazelle Definition | mammal | Africa |
| Gazelle Etymology and Name | mammalia | Middle-East |
| Gazelle Species | Africa | viviparous animal |
| Gazelle Prehistoric Extinctions | viviparous | africa |
The keywords related to the type of animal are useful, but those referring to a geographical location are not.
If documents are published as is, the keyword facet values are displayed in Fluid Topics as follows:
ADMIN and KHUB_ADMIN users can clean facet values so that only the most useful ones appear as follows:
-
In the Vocabularies administration interface, create a new vocabulary named
keyword_cleanto apply the following synonyms:Mammal=(mammal, mammalia, viviparous, viviparous animal)
-
In the Enrich and Clean administration interface, configure a new rule.
-
Select the Remove unclassified values option.
-
Set the
keywordmetadata element so that it appears on the portal. See Declare metadata.
Since the Africa, africa, and Middle-East values are not mentioned in the keyword_clean vocabulary, Fluid Topics ignores them when creating the facet.
