Publish DITA content - Fluid Topics - Latest

Before publishing DITA content:

• The user must have the ADMIN, KHUB_ADMIN, or CONTENT_PUBLISHER role (if the user has permission to publish content through a Dita source).

  These roles grant access to the Publishing menu. If the user does not have access to the Publishing menu, request one of them from an ADMIN or USERS_ADMIN user.

• The portal must have a DITA source.

  If the portal does not have a DITA source set up, request one from an ADMIN or USERS_ADMIN user.

To publish DITA content:

1. Open the Administration menu.
2. Go to the Publishing menu.
3. In the Publishing menu, select Publish content.
4. Drag and drop a .zip archive into the window, or select Browse to open the local file explorer and select a .zip file.
5. Select a DITA source.
6. Select Publish.
